Guarantee of athenticity
Every product is guaranteed 100% authentic. All products offered in our shop are genuine and conform to the directions and essential safety requirements imposed by the 89/686 EEC directive. These products manufactured by the respective companies are delivered to you in their original case with the by the manufacturer. We have only genuine products.

Sunglasses and eyewear:
All sunglasses and eyewear you order are shipped to you the next day of the confirmation of your payment via 1st Priority Express Airmail.
All product that appear on our website are ready to be delivered. When an item runs out of stock, its stops appearing on our website until we have it available.

Do the glasses come with a guarantee?
Yes, all our glasses have a guarantee that covers all production defects but not damages due to ordinary use of the item.
In order to value if the defect is under guarantee, please send some pictures that show the defect to info@eye-shop.gr.
Any spare parts that are not under guarantee can be sent with fee.

Are the glasses shipped in their original case?
All our glasses are shipped in their original case, hard or soft case according to the model, and they are sent with cleaning cloth, box and possible accessories if due to the manufacturer.

Is it possible to order spare parts?
Yes, it is possible to order spare parts. Spare parts as arms, lenses, nose pads and so on can be purchased. In order to know the prices and the availabilities, please contact our helpdesk

The sizes mentioned on some products are the horizontal diameter of the lens in millimeters as you can see on the picture .

Which are your methods of payment?
Eye-Shop accepts payments with credit cards and Paypal.
After you give you complete the form of your personal data you will have to press the PAYPAL button and you will be redirected to a safe PayPal form where you will be able to pay for your order.
Eye-Shop will not have any of your credit card information since you will only enter your data to the paypal safe environment.
